Refund policy

Every piece is made to order in New York and shipped within 7 business days.
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 business days of delivery by contacting info@michelmen.com.

ELIGIBILITY
Hats and socks are final sale.
All other items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Requests made after 14 business days of delivery will not be accepted.

RETURNS
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund is issued to your original payment method.

RETURN SHIPPING
United States: a prepaid return label is provided once your request is approved.
International: return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Duties and import taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Please package items securely. MICHEL MEN is not responsible for returns lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
