At MICHEL MEN, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. As a promise to sustainable practices, all goods are made-to-order in New York. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 30 days of your online purchase by contacting us at info@michelmen.com.

Return Eligibility

Please note the following items are not eligible for return:

• Hats
• Socks

To qualify for a return, all merchandise must be in sellable condition:

• Unworn and unwashed
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

MICHEL MEN will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of your return request. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item(s) for return.

Please note: MICHEL MEN is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.
